Our bespoke yoga classes are carefully crafted for horse riders to help you improve your physical fitness, maintain a positive riding mindset and boost your overall wellbeing. We also offer some lifestyle inspiration for equestrians in our blog. Research and conversations with riders and trainers from around the world help infuse our classes and online articles with additional expertise.
Our approach is body, mind and life. We want you to feel strong and balanced physically and mentally, and to empower and inspire you to live your best equestrian life.

Staying physically fit is important for horse riders. Our classes incorporate traditional yoga poses as well as some new and fun exercises with special attention to horse rider needs. Our aim is to help you:

Improve your balance and core strength.
Increase your mobility and stamina.
Develop body awareness.
Notice and control your breath.
Develop softness.
Improve your riding posture.
Learn how to relax / reduce tension.
